Bishop Phil Redding currently serves as the State Bishop in the Arkansas District comprised of over 130 churches. Prior to serving as Bishop he pastored the River of Life Fellowship of Fort Smith, Arkansas since 2008. He has served as International Bishop of the Pentecostal Church of God, a fellowship of 4,500 churches worldwide. He has served the Arkansas PCG as State Youth Director, State Secretary/Treasurer, Christian Education Director and Men's Director. 


Pastor Redding was educated at University of Arkansas (Fort Smith), Southern Bible College, International Bible Seminary, and Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He has written four books and recorded with his wife, Sharon five musical albums. The Reddings have two sons with both in the ministry. 


His hobbies include playing the guitar, bicycling and woodworking.

pastor david craig, aim president

Pastor David Craig has pastored several churches since 1993 and currently pastors in Hoxie, Arkansas. He has served the Arkansas District as State Youth Director.  He has been an instructor at Accelerated Institute of Ministry for five years.  He is married to Monica and they have one daughter who is in university studying to be a missionary.  


His hobbies include carpentry and woodworking. 

don rascoe

Don Rascoe serves as the District Secretary for the Arkansas PCG. He pastored in Little Rock for 32 years. He is a lifelong member and minister of the Arkansas PCG.    


His hobbies include hunting, fishing and art graphics. 

pastor mike shaddon

Pastor Mike Shaddon began his ministry in 1979 and has pastored a church near Waldron, Arkansas since 1988. In that time the church  has constructed a new worship center and gymnasium.  


He has been teaching at Accelerated Institute of Ministry since 2009.  He is serving as District Presbyter for the Arkansas District PCG.


His hobbies include hunting, sports, woodworking and carpentry.

Pastor Judy Darden has been married since 1974 to SMSgt Mick Darden (Ret). She earned her associates degree in religious education and serves as AIM Vice-President/Secretary and  Senior Adult  Ministries Director of the Arkansas District. She has served as pastor in Van Buren, Arkansas since 2009 and is a frequent speaker for women's conferences  and various events.

Pastor Jim Laudell is the author of four books, his most recent being Highpoints. He has spoken to churches, conferences, businesses and police departments  and has traveled to 35 states and  14 foreign countries. A graduate of Assemblies of God Theological Seminary with a masters in Biblical Literature.  He has been married over 40 years to  his wife Gwen,  with two children both pastoring churches, and seven grandchildren. 

pastor gaylia richardson

Gaylia Richardson, ThD., has been an instructor at AIM since 2010. Gaylia is also an advisor to doctoral students at Central Arkansas Bible College, where she serves as a faculty member. Mrs. Richardson is an ordained minister with the AR District PCG, a member of the Des Arc, AR, Ministerial Alliance, and a graduate of Central Arkansas Bible College. In addition to teaching, Gaylia has spent more than two decades coordinating and hosting annual women’s conferences.  Gaylia and her husband, Curtis, have been married for forty-eight years and serve as pastors at the Des Arc PCG. Her most profound devotion, this side of heaven, is to her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Pastor Steve Curtis serves as senior pastor of the Living Faith Pentecostal Church of God,  a congregation of over 400 people in Fayetteville, Arkansas. After serving as full time associate since 1990, he assumed senior pastoral duties in 2013.  He has taught at Accelerated Institute of Ministry for two years. His education includes studies at Messenger College.  


His hobbies are working out (exercise), golf, reading and spending time with his grandchildren. 

dustin Lamproe

Dustin Lamproe  currently serves as the District Youth Director for the Arkansas District of the  Pentecostal Church of God.   Rev. Lamproe has  worn many ministerial hats in his 23 years of active ministry which  includes  4 years as a lead pastor.   In addition to being an ordained minister, he has an Associates of Applied Science- Physical Therapy and is an Arkansas State Licensed Physical Therapist.
